Shipping to UK

We’ll send your UK order using Royal Mail's tracked delivery service. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. We offer free shipping on orders over £150.

Shipping to Europe

We ship to Europe. We’ll send your order using either Royal Mail’s International Tracked service or DHL Tracked. Their service usually takes 5-7 days but can be a bit longer sometimes. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. We charge a flat rate of €6 for shipping to Europe, with free shipping on orders above €150. You may need to pay taxes on top.

The 27 countries in Europe we ship to are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

International Shipping (including US)

We ship internationally. We’ll send your order using either Royal Mail’s International Tracked service or UPS Tracked. Their service usually takes 7-10 days but can be a bit longer sometimes. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. We charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping internationally, with free shipping on orders above $250. You may need to pay taxes on top.

We ship to the following countries internationally: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re only happy if you are. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new bike part, you can return an unused item to us for a full refund.

To return your bike part to us please pack up the item and send it back to us within 30 days. Please return the item in its original condition, with any labels attached, including your name, order number and date of purchase.

Please make sure you get proof of postage as we cannot replace lost packages. Postage costs will not be refunded.
