Why is weight so important?
Reducing weight is the most noticeable upgrade you can make. Lightweight bikes accelerate faster and are more responsive to the power you generate, helping you reach your performance potential. Lightweight means going faster and further, for longer.
Do lightweight parts mean compromising durability?
Most of our bike parts are made from carbon fibre which is lightweight, stiff for optimal power transmission, and flexible in certain dimensions making cycling more comfortable. We put every part through rigorous testing by us and our growing team of keen cyclists. This means you can be confident that our parts will perform for thousands of miles.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, our bike parts are built to last and we offer a full two-year warranty on our products. You can find more details on our warranty page.
Do your products have a weight limit?
Yes, all Litebike products are designed to support a maximum combined rider and bike weight of 100 kg (220 lbs).
If your total weight exceeds this limit, we strongly recommend consulting a professional mechanic to ensure the safety and durability of your setup.
What is your UK shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over £150. Otherwise it’s £4 for standard delivery.
How long will it take for my UK order to arrive?
We aim to deliver all UK mainland deliveries in 1-5 working days.
I live in Europe can you ship to me?
Yes. We charge a flat fee of €6 for shipping to Europe, with free shipping on orders over €150. This is less than it costs us but we don't believe in airline-style add-ons! Their service usually takes 5-7 days but can be a bit longer sometimes. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. You may need to pay some taxes on delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the following countries internationally: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States.
We charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping, with free shipping on orders above $250. Their service usually takes 7-10 days but can be a bit longer sometimes. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. You may need to pay taxes on top.
The item I want is out of stock. How long will it take to come in stock?
Our items are very popular and sell out fast. If the part you’re after is out of stock, you can pre-order with us so that it is with you as soon as it is available. Manufacturing and shipping will take up to 3 weeks, but the wait will be worth it!
What is your returns policy?
We’re only happy if you’re happy. You can return any part you bought from us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund. Please return the item in its original condition, with any labels attached, including your name, order number and date of purchase.
